Product Owner (Order Management)
Location: Dallas, TX or California (Hybrid/Onsite)-Locals
Candidate need work on our payroll
Required Qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in Agile environments.
- Strong experience with Order Management Systems (OMS) and end-to-end order lifecycle processes.
- Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and managing product backlogs.
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Experience working with Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Order Management platforms such as IBM Sterling OMS, Salesforce Order Management, Manhattan OMS, Oracle Order Management Cloud, or SAP Order Management.
- Knowledge of retail, e-commerce, supply chain, or distribution domains.
- Experience integrating OMS with ERP, CRM, WMS, or e-commerce platforms.
- Scrum Product Owner certification (CSPO, PSPO, or equivalent) is a plus.
