Title: z/OS Automation Administrator OR z/OS Systems Programmer
Location: Remote,
Duration: 12+ months Contract

Required Professional and Technical Expertise
5+ years working in a mainframe operations environment providing an operational, service, consultancy, or support role.
Demonstrated strong written and communication skills.
Ability to use TSO and ISPF.
JCL skills.
Ability to write REXX and working knowledge of the System Automation Policy Database (PDB).
Experience in z/OS Automation Migration Projects.
Product Experience
Candidates should have implementation and operational experience with: NetView for z/OS System Automation for z/OS
Candidates should also have the willingness to expand skills across related automation products.
Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise
Knowledge of other IBM Z software, including:
o System operation
o Configuration and automation
o z/OS startup and shutdown processes
o SMP/E
Knowledge of products that compete with the IBM products listed above.
Experience with fully automated system configurations on IBM Z.
