Job Overview:
Requirement/Must Have:
- Experience supporting public-sector, regulated, or compliance-heavy programs (or equivalent experience in complex multi-team environments). 7+ years.
- Experience leading technical discovery, design sessions, or development teams in a senior or lead capacity. 7+ years.
- Experience in designing highly scalable and reusable application components. 7+ years.
- Knowledge and experience in business process optimization. 7+ years.
- Knowledge and experience in Human centered design best practices. 7+ years.
- Knowledge and experience in data modelling, security and sharing model. 7+ years.
- Sound knowledge in user story creation, gap analysis and sound communication with stakeholders. 7+ years.
- Hands-on Salesforce experience across configuration, customization, and solution design. 3+ years.
Responsibilities:
- Lead integration designs, blueprinting and configuration strategies, architecting low code solutions, designing highly scalable and reusable application components, business process optimization, human centered design and lightning experience best practices.
- Collaborate with vendors, product owners, administrators, QA teams, and business stakeholders to plan and execute required updates and deliverables.
- Lead technical discovery sessions with product owners and program stakeholders to define requirements, evaluate solution options, and recommend best-fit approaches.
- Establish development standards, mentor junior developers, conduct peer code reviews, and promote consistent high standards across teams.
- Review Salesforce Spring, Summer, and Winter release notes to identify breaking changes, deprecations, new settings, and feature impacts. Assess platform updates affect existing systems and integrations.
- Apply AI-driven approaches to enhance Salesforce solutions, including identifying practical use cases, incorporating intelligent automation, and ensuring responsible and compliant use of emerging technologies.
