(BA) Business Analyst

Veteran Enhanced Technology Solutions (VETS) is a Veteran Owned IT Implementation company dedicated to transforming the technology industry while supporting Veterans' transition into IT careers. The Business Analyst will serve as a technical advisor, ensuring high standards of service delivery and collaborating with project managers to meet project timelines.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in internal projects as required
• Ensure service delivery maintains the highest standards of excellence
• Serve as the technical advisor for assigned technology solution area(s) maintaining the utmost integrity and professionalism
• Work closely with project managers to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within scope
• Support production and delivery of SOW’s and timelines
• Deliver exceptional leadership, technical expertise, and customer service throughout discovery and implementation
• Maintain current solution practice knowledge through self-study and utilization of available training
• Lead requirements gathering and management of development stories with an implementation project

Requirements:

• Serve as the technical advisor for assigned technology solution area(s) maintaining the utmost integrity and professionalism

• Within three months from date of hire, the following must be acquired: ONE (1) CSA or CAD, FIVE (5) Micro Certifications, ONE (3) Sales/Pre Sales Certifications
