Customer Sales Manager

The Customer Sales Manager will be responsible for providing strategic customer insights and executing joint business plans to meet sales goals and ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Brand Manager in achieving the Company’s income and expense budgets by ensuring all marketing strategies are implemented
• Meet or exceed clients’ goals for sales, distribution, pricing, shelving, and promotional volume by working with all related departments for assigned Customer
• Secure Client approved schematics for all clients’ brands by providing communication to the schematic, reset, and retail departments
• Ensure incremental sales through the distribution of new products and maintenance of existing SKU’s
• Sell business-building ideas to Customers through the use of syndicated data (i.e. Nielsen, IRI data, Spectra, and forms of demographic data)
• Achieve incremental growth by pursuing volume-producing merchandising at assigned Customer account
• Monitor all retail pricing and indirect order guides within the division by regularly reporting discrepancies to appropriate Brand Managers
• Implement customer headquarter calls and penetrate key positions at retailer
• Demonstrate sales accomplishments and areas of opportunity by delivering category insights during sales presentations for key Customers and Clients
• Collaborate with Brand Manager and Retail Team on maintain ARTS and building customer specific execution objectives

Requirements:

• Associate's Degree or equivalent experience required
• 3-5 years of experience in applicable field
• Outstanding written, oral communication, and sales presentation/platform skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Working knowledge of syndicated data and Category management principles
• 1-3 years' work experience in the applicable field, (i.e. Sales and Marketing agency, Customer, Client)
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Proven track record in sales helpful
• Presentation software (PowerPoint) helpful, but not required
