Product Manager

Comtech LLC is an award winning, customer-oriented, full-service IT solutions provider serving the Civilian Federal Government and the Department of Defense. They are seeking an experienced Product Manager to enhance an existing data portal's user experience and functionality, ensuring seamless reporting for various programs that support vulnerable groups throughout the U.S.

Responsibilities:

• Act as direct liaison to clients Product Team, gathering requirements and user needs, accordingly
• Manage all project milestones and deliverables in support of the clients Product Owner
• Create and maintain product roadmap, effectively outlining prioritized features/enhancements throughout the project. Continuously iterate on the product based on feedback and objectives
• Collaborate with Technical Lead to effectively guide software development team and ensure alignment with strategic objectives. Organize/lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, when needed
• Collaborate with UX Design Lead to provide input on usability, interface design, and user research

Requirements:

• U.S. Citizen
• 5+ years of experience managing software development projects as a Product Manager, Scrum Master, and/or Agile Coach
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Prior experience working in federal government contracting
• Active Public Trust or HSPD-12 Tier 1/4 clearance
