Rise Vision is a company dedicated to improving communication through digital signage. They are seeking a Senior Product Manager to define product requirements, analyze usage data, and collaborate with various teams to enhance their product offerings.
Responsibilities:
- Defining and writing product requirements documents (PRD, pitch, feature requirement) using Basecamp’s Shape Up Process
- Analyze and review usage data to identify improvements for our product
- Collecting user feedback through user interviews and market research
- Keeping on top of reviewing competitors' products and features
- Collaborating with Engineering and UX teams to build product features
- Collaborate with Support, CS, Sales and Marketing by helping with the more technical requests/conversations with new customers
- Collect product feedback from all customer facing teams
- Responsible for training and promoting the new features internally
- Work closely with the Technical Team to improve product strategy through maintaining a deep understanding of our customer
- Responsible for validating features and firmware versions post releases
Requirements:
- At least 5 years experience as a Senior Product Manager
- At least 2 years of experience managing SaaS products throughout the full product lifecycle
- Demonstrated success defining product strategy, developing product roadmaps, and delivering customer-focused software solutions
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models, including subscription-based revenue, customer lifecycle, retention, and product-led growth principles
- Proven ability to translate customer needs, market insights, and business objectives into well-defined product requirements and prioritized backlogs
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum development environments
- Bachelor Degree of higher in Engineering or Business Management
- You must bring high attention to detail with the ability to also think 'big picture'
- Strong oral and communication skills; and the ability to conduct presentations online
- Experience leveraging qualitative and quantitative data to make product decisions and measure impact
- Must be analytical and be able to demonstrate the ability to make data-informed decisions
