IT Project Manager (Remote)

Codvo.ai is a company that builds scalable, future-ready digital platforms that drive real business impact. They are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to manage the end-to-end delivery of AI/ML and data-driven solutions within data center and digital infrastructure ecosystems.

Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end project delivery: planning, estimation, scheduling, and execution
• Manage RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)
• Drive resource planning, utilization, and capacity alignment
• Ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
• Align project execution with product lifecycle stages (PDLC)
• Bridge gaps between product, engineering, and delivery teams
• Ensure alignment between roadmap, releases, and milestones
• Manage stakeholder communication and status reporting
• Lead governance forums and steering committee discussions
• Enable data-driven decision-making
• Run Agile ceremonies: standups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives
• Track delivery metrics (velocity, burn-down, cycle time)
• Work closely with: Data Science teams, AI/ML engineers, Infrastructure and platform teams
• Ensure seamless integration across components
• Work across: Edge AI and IoT-based systems, Sensor data ingestion and processing pipelines, Predictive modeling and ML workflows
• Understand AI workload needs: Latency, throughput, scalability, Compute-intensive processing (GPU/CPU), Storage and data pipeline optimization

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in IT Project Management
• Proven experience in AI/ML, Data Engineering, or Software Delivery
• Strong understanding of PDLC vs PLC
• Agile and hybrid delivery models
• Exposure to Data center or digital infrastructure environments
• Edge AI, IoT, or real-time data systems
• Strong stakeholder and communication skills
• Experience managing distributed/global teams
