Full Stack Software Engineer

Apolis is seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to support the development, deployment, and maintenance of modern web applications and cloud-based solutions. The role requires significant experience in both full stack development and managing cloud infrastructure, with a focus on deploying and maintaining applications in containerized environments.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications and APIs
• Build and support front-end applications utilizing React and legacy Vue-based applications
• Develop back-end services using Node.js, Python FastAPI, and Python Flask
• Design and optimize Microsoft SQL Server databases, including schema design, indexing, and performance tuning
• Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot applications running in Docker and Kubernetes environments
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices
• Design and integrate secure RESTful APIs
• Implement authentication and authorization solutions using OAuth2, OpenID Connect, MSAL, and Microsoft Entra ID/Azure App Registrations
• Build and manage cloud infrastructure within AWS environments
• Create and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code solutions using Terraform or OpenTofu
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product teams, and other technical staff to deliver secure, reliable, and maintainable solutions
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of full stack software engineering experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience with modern JavaScript frameworks, with strong preference for React
• Production experience developing applications with Node.js and Python
• Experience designing and supporting relational databases at scale
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, containerization, and deployment automation
