Senior Product Designer, Growth

Fetch is looking for experienced Senior Product Designers to join their Product Design team, which is responsible for the entirety of design within the Fetch app. The role involves leading design efforts, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and launching features that enhance user experience.

Responsibilities:

• Lead efforts which measurably improve people’s lives
• Work within a focused, balanced team
• Develop strong working relationships with the Product and Engineering leads within your team
• Lead design critiques of your work with cross-functional stakeholders and peers
• Influence & make decisions within your team
• Develop strong working relationships outside of your team with key stakeholders and other cross-functional teams
• Explore the unknowns—what opportunities are untouched?
• Launch multiple features into production with iterations on the work in motion

Requirements:

• 3+ years of relevant experience, native mobile app design experience required
• Experience building growth- and retention-focused products (ideally sign-up and onboarding experiences)
• Experience with Figma, Miro, and Protopie
• Experience with animation (ideally Rive)
• A tendency to self-direct and lean on their own prioritization methods to get their work done in a fast-paced startup environment
