Yudrio, Inc. is a federal government contractor seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Senior Developer to support a large-scale digital transformation initiative. The role involves designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions while collaborating with architects and stakeholders to deliver compliant solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions that meet complex business and technical requirements
- Build and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and declarative configuration tools
- Develop and maintain OmniStudio components, including OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and FlexCards
- Configure and administer Salesforce environments, including objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, profiles, permission sets, and sharing models
- Collaborate with Solution Architects and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Participate in application design reviews and provide recommendations on Salesforce best practices
- Develop and support integrations between Salesforce and external systems
- Manage source control, deployments, and release processes using Copado
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing support for Salesforce applications
- Ensure solutions adhere to federal security, compliance, and governance requirements
- Create and maintain technical documentation, design artifacts, and deployment procedures
- Support Agile development activities including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and code reviews
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing
Requirements:
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Ability to successfully pass a federal background investigation, including a financial history review
- Minimum of 5 years of Salesforce development experience
- Experience with Salesforce Apex development
- Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Experience with Salesforce Administration and configuration
- Experience with OmniStudio (OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, FlexCards)
- Experience with Copado DevOps and release management
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and best practices
- Experience working in Agile development environments
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Active Salesforce certification or willingness to obtain a Salesforce certification upon hire
- Experience supporting federal government agencies or federal contractor programs
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps best practices
- Experience working in secure or highly regulated environments
