Risk & Controls Project Manager

IDR, Inc. is seeking a Risk & Controls Project Manager to join one of their top clients for a remote opportunity. This role involves overseeing technology risk and control initiatives within an Agile environment, ensuring compliance and integration across diverse IT domains.

Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional technology risk and controls initiatives across Agile SDLC and IT hardware lifecycle
• Manage project scope, timelines, RAID logs, dependencies, and executive reporting
• Implement and integrate risk and control policies into Agile delivery, CI/CD, change management, and IT asset lifecycle processes
• Partner with Engineering, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Risk, Compliance, and Audit teams to drive control adoption and resolve issues
• Support audits, control testing, documentation, remediation efforts, and continuous process improvement through KPIs and dashboards

Requirements:

• Project/Program Management experience leading technology risk, governance, or controls initiatives
• Strong understanding of Agile SDLC and technology control domains (change management, vulnerability management, asset management, access controls, etc.)
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects and influencing diverse stakeholders
• Knowledge of NIST, ISO 27001, COBIT, or similar frameworks
• Infrastructure, network, end-user, or data center environment experience
