Project Manager

Turing is the world’s leading research accelerator for frontier AI labs, and they are seeking a Project Manager to contribute to projects that enhance AI systems. The role involves project planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination, focusing on real-world scenarios that test AI reasoning.

Responsibilities:

• Design and solve real-world project management and coordination scenarios to test AI reasoning
• Write clear, structured explanations covering project scheduling, risk assessment, resource allocation, and performance tracking
• Evaluate AI responses for accuracy, clarity, and alignment with industry project management frameworks
• Collaborate with researchers to refine AI understanding of PMI’s PMBOK, Agile, and Scrum methodologies

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Program Coordinator, or Project Management Specialist
• Background in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project) and frameworks (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall)
• Excellent English communication and documentation skills, with the ability to explain structured processes clearly
