Lead QA Automation Test Engineer

Randstad Digital Americas is seeking a highly motivated Lead QA Automation Test Engineer to join their dynamic and growing team. The role involves working in an agile scrum team to design, execute, and document test cases while collaborating with the development team to ensure high-quality software products.

Responsibilities:

Our team is focused on delivering high-quality automation for the web portals and API components currently under development. Hiring new resources for upcoming scrum teams (Atlantis is breaking into three different scrum teams)
• We work in a dynamic environment and the team is both collaborative and supportive

• Walk me through the day-to-day responsibilities and a description of the project (Outside of the Workday JD)

• What makes this role unique? - Day to day in this role will require resource to work in agile scrum team and involves designing, executing, and documenting test cases to identify defects in software applications while collaborating with the development team to ensure the delivery of high quality products
• Also includes attending meetings, analyzing test results and performing regression testing
• Performance:
• Resource should ensure the delivery of high-quality software products through thorough testing and maintenance according to established quality standards and metrics
