Tech Recruiter (Electrical Engineering & Hardware) - FTC

Bubb is a high-growth US Defense Tech innovator seeking a seasoned Tech Recruiter specializing in Electrical Engineering and Hardware talent. The role involves sourcing top-tier technical talent for a pioneering defense tech company and managing the recruitment process within a client account.

Responsibilities:

• Embedded within a client account , representing a cutting-edge defense robotics brand as an ‘in-house’ recruiter
• Specializing in Electrical Engineering searches , sourcing top-tier technical talent (EEs, Hardware Engineers, Robotics Specialists) capable of building complex physical and digital systems
• Managing pipeline , scheduling interviews, and candidate negotiations (the recruiter bit)
• Deep-dive LinkedIn searching , GitHub/portfolio sourcing, and specialized technical networking as required
• Liaising with client-side external stakeholders and engineering hiring managers in Austin and Alexandria
• Working alongside bubb's creative team and account managers to optimise candidate attraction
• Having fun hiring humans for awesome clients!

Requirements:

• Seasoned Tech Recruiter specializing in Electrical Engineering and Hardware talent
• Experience in recruiting for Electrical Engineering, Hardware, Robotics, and Embedded Systems
• Ability to manage pipeline, schedule interviews, and conduct candidate negotiations
• Experience with deep-dive LinkedIn searching, GitHub/portfolio sourcing, and specialized technical networking
• Ability to liaise with client-side external stakeholders and engineering hiring managers
• Experience working alongside creative teams and account managers to optimize candidate attraction
• Bonus points if you're close to the tech hubs in Texas or Virginia
• Bonus points for hybrid or remote sourcing experience
