Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced AI/ML Engineer with 12+ years of expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and optimizing AI-driven solutions and machine learning models that solve complex business problems and drive innovation across the organization.

The candidate should have strong experience in Python, cloud platforms, MLOps, Large Language Models (LLMs), data engineering, and enterprise AI solution development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence solutions for enterprise applications.
• Build and optimize predictive models, recommendation systems, NLP solutions, and Generative AI applications.
• Develop end-to-end AI/ML pipelines including data ingestion, preprocessing, model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Implement Large Language Model (LLM) solutions using Prompt Engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and AI agents.
• Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines for machine learning workloads.
• Build APIs and microservices to integrate AI models with enterprise applications.
• Implement MLOps best practices for model versioning, deployment automation, monitoring, and retraining.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Product Owners, and business stakeholders to identify AI use cases and deliver solutions.
• Optimize model performance, scalability, and inference efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and Responsible AI standards.
• Conduct research on emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership to AI/ML teams.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to project planning and delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 12+ years of overall IT experience with extensive hands-on experience in AI/ML Engineering.
• Strong programming expertise in Python, Java, or Scala.
• Hands-on experience with Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Generative AI.
• Strong experience with ML frameworks such as:
  • TensorFlow
  • PyTorch
  • Keras
  • Scikit-learn
  • Hugging Face Transformers
• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, LangChain, LangGraph, and RAG architectures.
• Experience with Vector Databases such as Pinecone, ChromaDB, Weaviate, or FAISS.
• Strong knowledge of MLOps tools including MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform).
• Knowledge of Big Data technologies including Spark, Hadoop, Kafka, and Databricks.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra, or Snowflake.
• Hands-on experience developing REST APIs and Microservices.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI Agents, Autonomous Systems, and Multi-Agent Frameworks.
• Knowledge of Computer Vision, Speech Recognition, and Recommendation Engines.
• Experience with Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI.
• Experience with Responsible AI, AI Governance, and Model Explainability frameworks.
• AI/ML certifications or Cloud certifications are highly preferred.
• Experience in Banking, Healthcare, Insurance, Retail, or Financial Services domains is a plus.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Master''s degree preferred.
