SmartCOMM & BPM Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SmartCOMM & BPM Developer to join our team in Chicago, IL. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SmartCOMM document composition, BPM solutions, workflow automation, and enterprise application integration. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to design, develop, and implement scalable document generation and workflow solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Strong hands-on experience in SmartCOMM Customer Communications Management (CCM) development and implementation.
• Design, develop, and maintain SmartCOMM document templates, correspondence, forms, and customer communications.
• Build and enhance interactive, batch, and on-demand document generation solutions using SmartCOMM.
• Develop and customize BPM workflows to automate business processes and document lifecycle management.
• Experience integrating SmartCOMM with enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs, XML, and JSON.
• Strong knowledge of XML, XSLT, XPath, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and document composition technologies.
• Work with SQL databases to retrieve, transform, and manage data for document generation.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, production support, and performance optimization of SmartCOMM CCM applications.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver scalable CCM solutions.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, version control, and enterprise deployment practices; knowledge of Insurance, Banking, or Healthcare CCM implementations is a plus.
