• Expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture and large-scale enterprise deployments.
• Hands-on experience with Service Portal, Workspaces, CMDB, and reporting.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications.
