Position Overview
- As a Global Solution Delivery Architect, you will lead end-to-end HCM transformation initiatives within a major S/4HANA global program. This role is pivotal in shaping the architectural vision, ensuring seamless integration of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll with S/4HANA and driving global solution delivery across multiple regions. You will act as the bridge between HR business processes and enterprise technology, ensuring scalable, compliant, and future-ready payroll solutions.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven track record in global SAP SuccessFactors and S/4HANA transformation programs.
- Deep functional and architectural expertise in SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll and S/4HANA Finance integration.
- Strong experience in data migration, WRICEF development, and cross-module integration.
- Exceptional communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to lead in onshore/offshore delivery models and manage global teams.
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA as a fully integrated enterprise solution.
- SAP SuccessFactors certification highly desirable.
