Job Title: Business Systems Analyst (ECM)
Location: Richmond, VA (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze current ECM processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
• Design standardized document management workflows, metadata, taxonomy, retention policies, and governance frameworks.
• Develop process maps, business documentation, data flows, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to support ECM initiatives.
• Support document lifecycle management, content governance, and system enhancements.
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and validate system changes.
• Create user guides, job aids, and conduct end-user training.
• Perform data analysis and reporting to support business decisions.
• Drive continuous process improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree.
• 7+ years of Business Analyst experience.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering and business process analysis.
• Experience with Enterprise Content Management (ECM).
• Document/Data lifecycle management.
• Process improvement and workflow analysis.
• Technical documentation (BRDs, process maps, data flows).
• Testing (UAT/System Testing).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
