Senior Specialist - Architecture

They are seeking a Senior Specialist in Architecture with experience in Java Microservices development to design and implement scalable backend solutions for fixed income applications.

Responsibilities:

• Architect design and implement Java microservices that meet fixed income business requirements
• Lead development efforts ensuring code quality scalability security and compliance with financial regulations
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to automate deployment monitoring and incident management
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance within the team
• Participate in sprint planning estimation and agile ceremonies to ensure timely delivery
• Analyze system performance and optimize microservices for efficiency and reliability in fixed income workflows
• Ensure compliance with coding standards best practices and industry regulations
• Engage with stakeholders including traders risk managers and analysts to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
