Community Phone Company is a startup focused on providing a simple cloud phone system for seniors and their families. The Sr Growth Product Manager will be responsible for driving expansion revenue through the development of upsell motions and lifecycle sequences, ensuring that customers receive the right product at the right time.
Responsibilities:
- Expansion revenue from our consumer subscriber base, measured in ARR
- The full upsell motion: trigger identification, experiment design, in-product nudges, lifecycle sequences, pricing page, and onboarding flows
- A prioritized roadmap of PLG experiments, run with shared engineering resources and a strong bias toward non-eng levers where possible
- The reporting and learning loop that makes each experiment smarter than the last
Requirements:
- 4+ years of product experience with at least 3 in a growth or monetization role
- Experience in consumer subscription, not just B2B SaaS
- Ability to point to a specific experiment you ran, what you learned, and what it moved
- Energized by owning a number, not just a roadmap
- Comfortable with ambiguity and heavily biased toward action
- Clear communication skills and ability to understand fine distinctions quickly in structures or philosophies
- Experience running PLG or lifecycle-driven upsell experiments in a consumer subscription business
- Ability to build a basic framework to run experiments and read results clearly without needing a data team
- Comfortable without a dedicated engineering team and able to leverage copy, sequencing, onboarding design, and pricing structure
- Experience owning a revenue metric, not just shipping features
- Ability to develop real intuition for the audience of seniors or caregivers and design upsell moments that feel like help, not pressure
