Synera is the AI Agent Platform for Engineering, redefining how complex industries develop products. They are seeking a driven Customer Success Manager to collaborate with various teams and ensure exceptional customer outcomes on the West Coast.
Responsibilities:
- You will lead software rollouts and ensure fast, measurable customer value realization
- You act as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts, managing senior engineering stakeholders and internal Synera teams (AI, Academy, and Technical Experts)
- You build and expand long-term enterprise relationships, driving adoption through structured engagement and strategic outreach
Requirements:

- You bring 10+ years of experience in the engineering domain, including enterprise customer success, technical consulting, stakeholder management, and strategic account growth
- You have strong familiarity with CAx tools and their applications in industries such as automotive, aerospace, or consumer goods
- You are confident engaging with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives
- You are highly data-driven, able to interpret customer metrics and proactively mitigate churn risks
- You bring a proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a proven track record of driving measurable account growth
