AO Globe Life is actively hiring professionals to help veterans and their families better understand and access important supplemental benefits. In this fully remote role, you will connect with individuals who have requested information about benefit options, schedule virtual consultations, and guide families through the enrollment process with care and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
- Reach out to individuals who have expressed interest in learning about benefits
- Schedule and conduct virtual consultations via Zoom with veterans and their families
- Explain available life, accident, and supplemental benefit options clearly and compassionately
- Guide clients through the enrollment and policy education process
- Maintain accurate and compliant digital records and follow-up communications
- Participate in weekly training sessions, team development calls, and leadership workshops
Requirements:
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Windows-based laptop or PC with a functioning webcam
- Experience in client service, benefits advising, or consultative sales is helpful but not required
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport in virtual meetings
- Organized, coachable, and motivated to succeed in a remote environment
- Comfortable using Zoom, CRM systems, and digital documentation tools
- Passion for supporting the veteran community
