Blume LLC is a thriving sales development consulting firm and an Inc. 5000 fastest growing company, seeking a Senior Sales Development Representative. In this fully remote role, you will drive demand generation for clients through outbound outreach and be the first point of contact with prospects, requiring a high level of independence and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
- Execute high-velocity outbound prospecting (call-first) to generate qualified meetings for assigned client accounts
- Research accounts and personas, build targeted lists, and refine messaging and talk tracks through testing and iteration
- Qualify prospects, schedule next-step meetings, and deliver clean handoffs with clear notes and context
- Own senior-level client service execution: proactive updates, responsiveness, follow-through, and professional stakeholder communication
- Flex smoothly between client accounts and priorities as needs shift—maintaining quality, organization, and pace (including on more challenging accounts)
- Track activity and outcomes in the tools provided; run a reliable system for reminders, notes, meeting logistics, and handoffs
- Support team development through informal mentoring and coaching of newer SDRs (messaging, talk tracks, objection handling, workflow, and consistency)
- Step in to lead client status updates independently when the Delivery Manager is unavailable
Requirements:
- 1–2+ years of recent B2B SDR/BDR experience in a role where cold calling was a primary channel
- Demonstrated record of consistent attainment over multiple months/quarters (not just isolated spikes)
- Comfort prospecting into executive buyers (VP/C-level) and navigating gatekeepers
- Strong client-facing professionalism: clear written communication, responsive follow-through, and comfort interacting with client stakeholders
- Experience with common SDR tooling such as dialers, data/list building, sequencing, and CRM
- Rigorous organization and execution: you run a reliable daily plan, keep clean notes, manage reminders/follow-ups, and close the loop consistently
- Comfortable in a metrics-driven environment with accountability and pace—and able to maintain standards with less supervision and consistent self-motivation
- Must live on the East Coast of the United States only (due to business and compliance requirements)
- SDR agency, multi-client, consulting, or professional services experience (strong advantage)
- Experience supporting multiple internal stakeholders with strong documentation and handoffs (e.g., multiple AEs or client leads)
- Exposure to technical or regulated markets (e.g., cybersecurity, proptech, fintech, HR tech, health tech)
- Demonstrated mentoring/coaching behaviors (peer support, playbook contributions, enablement, onboarding support)
