Lockheed Martin is an innovative company focused on solving complex challenges. The SRM Project Manager will support the SRM team in executing special projects and enhancing supplier strategies while interfacing with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Individual will provide support to the greater SRM team, including the SRM Directors, to execute special projects and support day to day execution of the SRM Supplier strategy
- In addition, SRM Project Manager will help develop, improve, and implement standard work, process, tools, comms, and other organizational improvements
- SRM project manager will also interface with LM business area stakeholders, key functional organizations, and help navigate across the enterprise
- Finally, the individual will provide support in the areas of cost negotiations, terms negotiations, and understanding and disseminating Cost/Price Analysis reports to identify negotiation opportunities
Requirements:
- Project Management experience
- Supply chain experience
- Strong Supplier negotiations skills
- Terms and Conditions negotiation skills
- Familiarity with cost analysis and price analysis
- Financial background or Experience with building business cases
- Manufacturing / Operations Experience
- Supplier Quality Experience
- Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence experience
