Dice is seeking an experienced Security Software Data Engineer III to support enterprise security initiatives focused on encryption and key management. The role requires strong technical expertise and project leadership to coordinate complex security initiatives while collaborating with various teams and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Lead enterprise security infrastructure projects from planning through implementation
- Coordinate security, infrastructure, engineering, and operations teams
- Manage encryption and certificate lifecycle initiatives
- Oversee enterprise key management implementations
- Coordinate Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) activities
- Ensure project delivery meets quality, schedule, and budget expectations
- Identify technical risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Communicate with executive sponsors and project stakeholders
- Manage project documentation and reporting
- Ensure compliance with enterprise governance standards
- Coordinate vendor relationships when required
- Support security audits and compliance initiatives
- Resolve cross-project conflicts and resource constraints
- Drive continuous improvement across security engineering processes
- Mentor junior project managers and technical team members
Requirements:
- 5+ years of IT experience
- Strong knowledge of encryption technologies
- Experience with certificates and PKI
- Experience with Key Management Systems (KMS)
