AI Integration Engineer (Knowledge Graph, MCP & Agentic Access)

Citius Healthcare Consulting is hiring an AI Integration Engineer for a landmark program at one of the world's leading academic medical centers. The role involves making enterprise data accessible to AI agents through knowledge graphs and other technologies, while ensuring responsible AI practices.

Responsibilities:

• Make our enterprise data consumable by AI agents
• Build the responsible-AI layer: AI-assisted metadata generation with mandatory human review, provenance capture, confidence scoring, and full auditability
• Use only client-approved models in approved environments

Requirements:

• 8+ years in software/data engineering
• 2+ years building LLM-integrated systems
• Knowledge graph experience (RDF/property graphs)
• MCP server development and/or A2A protocol familiarity
• API design and management
• Event-driven architectures (Pub/Sub, Event Hubs)
• Human-in-the-loop AI governance patterns
• HIPAA-aware engineering
• TopBraid or similar knowledge graph experience
• Apigee experience
