Remote Customer Service Representative (Spanish Bilingual)

Everise is a global customer experience firm that delivers happiness to millions of customers on behalf of some of the world’s largest brands. They are seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle customer interactions and resolve inquiries while ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, chat, email, or other channels, resolving inquiries, issues, and requests in a timely and accurate manner
• Troubleshoot problems, provide product or service information, process account updates or transactions, and escalate complex concerns when necessary
• Document interactions, follow established procedures and compliance requirements, and meet performance targets related to quality, responsiveness, and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with team members and leaders, participate in training, and continuously improve service delivery

Requirements:

• Strong customer service skills, including active listening, empathy, and problem-solving, with a focus on delivering positive customer experiences
• Clear verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain information in a straightforward and professional manner
• Basic computer literacy and ability to work with multiple systems, CRM tools, and communication platforms while managing customer interactions
• Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks, adhere to schedules, and meet performance and quality metrics
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, maintain confidentiality, and follow policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed, including evenings, weekends, or holidays based on business requirements
• Previous experience in customer support, call center, or related roles is preferred but not required; experience in Everise's specialty sectors is a plus
• Additional education or certifications in customer service or related fields is beneficial
