Viridian Staffing is a talent acquisition firm dedicated to the cannabis industry, seeking a confident Sales Account Executive to drive sales for a machinery manufacturing company. The role involves building relationships with clients and utilizing product knowledge to enhance sales growth.
Responsibilities:
- Help drive sales for a fast-paced equipment/machinery manufacturing company
- Grow the number of production facilities using the product
- Providing a consultative selling approach with existing customers
- Utilize your expert level knowledge of the company's products to elevate the brand's community profile
- Establishing credibility & rapport with clients
- Building professional relationships
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and a reliable personal vehicle for use for everyday job functions
- Proven success with cold calling and email marketing
- 2+ Years of proven success in B2B Sales, preferably selling equipment, machinery, or other tools in to Cannabis Production facilities
- CRM experience and Microsoft Office (including Excel) or Google suite experience (including sheets, Drive and Calendar)
- A growth mindset, are coachable and are willing to do what it takes to become a Subject Matter Expert (SME), as there is a great deal of information to learn about the equipment and then convey that information to customers
- Ability to forecast monthly projections
- Exceptional Client Relationship building and written/verbal communication skills
- In depth understanding of Florida Cannabis compliance laws for the cannabis industry
