Lead DevOps Engineer

Cencora is an innovative company focused on creating healthier futures. They are seeking a Lead DevOps Engineer to standardize application deployments and improve deployment processes across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the standardization of application deployments, containerization, and release processes across our organization
• Design and implement consistent, repeatable deployment pipelines that eliminate the friction and inconsistency that comes from teams each rolling their own solutions
• Containerize applications using Docker and orchestration platforms like ECS or Kubernetes
• Establish shared CI/CD frameworks
• Create the tooling and documentation that empowers engineering teams to ship reliably and confidently
• Define best practices and golden paths that make the right way the easy way

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience required
• 6+ years of experience in platform engineering, software engineering, infrastructure engineering, site reliability engineering, or a related field required
• Master's degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred
• Certification in cloud platform engineering, infrastructure engineering, site reliability engineering, or equivalent preferred
