Senior Business Intelligence Analyst (Business-Focused)

As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, you will bridge the gap between complex datasets and strategic execution, ensuring every business decision is backed by actionable intelligence.

Responsibilities:

• Translate business needs into scalable data products by acting as the strategic liaison between stakeholders and technical teams
• Architect intuitive dashboards and reporting suites that empower departments to track performance autonomously
• Drive data literacy across the organization, mentoring non-technical peers on leveraging BI tools for daily decision-making
• Uncover growth opportunities by interpreting complex datasets to provide proactive, consultative recommendations
• Ensure data alignment by collaborating with the Data team to maintain high-quality, reliable data outputs
• Optimise resource allocation by identifying and prioritising the highest-impact analytical projects for the business

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Data Analysis or Business Intelligence, ideally within a fast-paced or hybrid environment
• Advanced SQL skills and professional proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, looker Studio
• Strategic communication skills with a natural ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Strong business acumen, with a track record of identifying stakeholder needs and delivering data-driven solutions
• Degree in a quantitative field (Business, Economics, Statistics, or Computer Science)
• Experience in e-commerce or the travel-tech industry
• Familiarity with predictive modeling or advanced statistical analysis
