Project Manager

Freedom AFI is committed to shaping the future of energy through sustainable solutions. They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects, ensuring timely and budget-aligned delivery while coordinating with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful delivery against scope, schedule, and budget
• Review project plans and requirements, including equipment, materials, and installation needs
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to determine project specifications
• Manage permitting and licensing processes with relevant authorities
• Develop and maintain project schedules, tracking progress to ensure deadlines are met
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
• Proactively manage scope changes, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
• Develop and adjust project work plans to meet evolving needs
• Oversee performance of internal teams, contractors, and vendors
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, timecards, work orders, safety records, and financial tracking
• Enforce company health and safety policies across all job sites
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure efficient execution with minimal disruption
• Conduct quality control inspections of work performed by contractors
• Ensure job sites are clean, safe, and well-organized at all times

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
• PMP or equivalent project management certification
• 5+ years of experience in construction project management, project coordination, estimating, or a related role
• Strong knowledge of U.S. construction practices and building codes
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and perform under pressure
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships effectively
• Positive attitude with strong interpersonal and team-building skills
• Ability to travel
