Alpha Consulting Corp. is seeking a skilled and experienced Test Data Management (TDM) Specialist to join their team. The role focuses on ensuring data quality, compliance, and governance across multiple environments, requiring a strong background in software quality assurance and test data management.

Responsibilities:

• Define and implement Test Data Management strategies and best practices
• Collaborate with project teams to understand and fulfill test data requirements
• Create, maintain, and provision test datasets across multiple testing environments
• Generate synthetic test data where production data cannot be used
• Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) activities
• Implement data masking and anonymization processes to ensure compliance with data privacy regulations
• Manage environment refreshes, database synchronization, and data provisioning activities
• Validate data quality, accuracy, completeness, and consistency
• Support defect investigation and root cause analysis (RCA) related to data issues
• Work closely with QA teams, Developers, Product Owners, and Business Analysts in Agile environments
• Monitor and report test data quality metrics and governance standards
