Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies to drive user acquisition and engagement
• Utilize OpenAI technologies to optimize marketing campaigns and enhance customer interactions
• Analyze market trends and user data to identify growth opportunities and inform decision-making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with product development and sales objectives
• Lead the creation of compelling content that resonates with target audiences and drives brand awareness
• Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data to refine strategies and improve ROI
• Foster relationships with key stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and market presence

Requirements:

• 3–15 years of experience in growth marketing, preferably within the tech or developer tools industry
• Proven track record of driving successful marketing campaigns that leverage advanced technologies, including OpenAI
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams
• Experience in a startup environment, particularly in a Series A or early-stage company
• Familiarity with B2B marketing strategies and enterprise sales processes
• Knowledge of SEO and Google Search optimization techniques
