Role Overview
- Leads a team of 8 to 12 Home Solutions Experts
- Ensures the team stays engaged and motivated
- Attends regularly scheduled meetings with leadership
- Reports on team numbers to senior leadership
- Coordinates and leads weekly seller meetings
- Assigns and validates knocking territories using a strict loop and lap system for turf assignment and reassignment
- Builds team culture through regular team activities and events
- Trains and certifies new hires to Chipr's standards
- Leads from the front early on to build credibility and results
- Builds a winning sales culture through daily engagement with the team
Requirements
- High School education or higher
- Driver’s license and reliable transportation
- A Mobile phone
- Previous door to door sales experience (at least 1 year)
- Prior team leadership experience preferred
