As a Wellness Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in educating patients, building relationships, and helping people begin their wellness journey while growing your own career.

Compensation

$30,000–$36,000 annually + Performance Bonuses

Preferred Qualifications

• Spanish speaking (preferred)
• Strong leadership potential
• Positive attitude and willingness to be coached
• 1+ year of experience in a healthcare practice, medical office, or hospital preferred
• Previous sales or customer service experience
• Inventory management experience is a plus
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA regulations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through
• Passion for delivering outstanding patient service

Essential Responsibilities

As a Wellness Coordinator, you will:

• Deliver exceptional customer service to every patient
• Welcome and check in patients for their appointments
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
• Educate patients about chiropractic care, memberships, wellness packages, and current promotions
• Confidently present and sell memberships and visit packages
• Meet and exceed membership and sales goals
• Re-engage inactive members through follow-up communication
• Assist with marketing and community outreach initiatives to attract new patients
• Maintain accurate patient accounts using our point-of-sale software
• Keep the clinic clean, organized, and welcoming
• Support your team while maintaining a positive and professional work environment
• Communicate patient concerns to management and follow established policies and procedures
• Embrace feedback, continuously learn, and seek opportunities for professional growth

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and/or sit for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
