Top Required Skills & Years of Experience:
- Experience: Must have at least 8 years of Business Analyst experience with hands-on involvement in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
OnBase Expertise: Must have 2-3 years working experience with Hyland OnBase (minimum knowledge of document type groups, document types, document retrieval, and Unity Client). - Functional Knowledge: Must have a strong understanding of security group management, document indexing, and autofill keyword sets.
- Soft Skills: Must be a self-starter and consistently portray a sense of urgency and have excellent, written and oral communication skills.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with Hyland OnBase modules such as Workflow, WorkView, Document Composition, ShareBase, Unity forms, Image forms, Docusign and Topaz signature integrations.
- Certifications related to BA, ADA and/or Hyland OnBase.
