Position Overview

We are seeking a Project Manager with strong healthcare experience and expertlevel MS Excel skills to support quality, compliance, and operational initiatives. The ideal candidate has familiarity with NCQA (National Committee for Quality Assurance) and HEDIS (Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set) programs and can manage complex projects while producing highquality analytical deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage healthcare quality and compliance projects across crossfunctional teams.
• Support NCQA and HEDISrelated activities, documentation, timelines, and reporting.
• Build and maintain advanced Excelbased dashboards, trackers, and analytical tools.
• Perform data analysis using complex formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, and macros/VBA.
• Develop project plans, risk logs, and status reports for leadership and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with clinical, operational, and analytics teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Drive meetings, manage timelines, and ensure clear communication across teams.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within payer or provider environments.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7 10+ years of project management experience in healthcare, payer, or quality programs.
• Strong understanding of NCQA and HEDIS quality frameworks.
• MS Excel Expert with advanced proficiency in:
• Complex formulas
• Pivot tables
• VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
• Power Query
• Macros/VBA
• Dashboard/report creation
• Experience working with quality, care management, or compliance teams.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
