Cognizant is seeking a Client Relationship Manager who will act as a commercial leader and account owner for strategic Advertising, Media and Entertainment clients. The role involves driving growth, shaping transformation agendas, and delivering measurable business outcomes by engaging with senior stakeholders and managing client accounts effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Own and manage client accounts end-to-end, with responsibility for P&L, revenue growth, and margin performance
- Build and maintain trusted, senior-level relationships across Media & Entertainment organisations
- Develop a deep understanding of client strategies, challenges, and operating environments, translating these into proactive growth opportunities
- Lead and shape RFPs, renewals, and expansion opportunities, driving complex deal cycles
- Bring market insight and industry-led thinking to clients, positioning relevant solutions across digital, data, and technology transformation
- Partner closely with delivery teams to optimise backlog, resource mix, and delivery quality
- Act as the primary escalation point and ensure a consistently strong client experience
