consumr.ai is a data technology company focused on transforming the market research industry. They are seeking a Head of Sales for North America to drive revenue growth, manage sales cycles, and build relationships with key stakeholders in the market research and consumer insights sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Own North American sales growth, with clear accountability for new revenue, qualified pipeline, and closed won business
- Take qualified leads from SDRs, website inquiries, demo requests, marketing campaigns, webinars, referrals, and other demand generation channels, and follow through until closure. Leverage their established market relationships, industry network, and senior buyer access to create new conversations, open strategic doors, and accelerate consumr.ai’s entry into high potential enterprise accounts
- Use established market relationships and senior buyer access to open strategic conversations with brands, agencies, research firms, consulting firms, and media organizations that regularly use or conduct market research
- Lead the full sales cycle, including discovery, qualification, product demonstrations, proposal development, objection handling, commercial negotiation, procurement coordination, and contract closure
- Build urgency with prospects by connecting consumr.ai’s capabilities to business outcomes such as faster research cycles, better consumer understanding, stronger creative decisions, sharper audience strategy, and improved marketing effectiveness
- Maintain strong follow up discipline so that high intent leads are not lost due to slow response, weak qualification, or lack of ownership
- Assess incoming leads for business fit, research need, budget potential, decision making authority, urgency, buying process, and likelihood to close
- Prioritize opportunities with the highest commercial potential and ensure that the pipeline reflects realistic revenue opportunities
- Create clear opportunity plans for strategic accounts, including stakeholder mapping, business problem identification, use case fit, decision timeline, commercial value, and next steps
- Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline stages, meeting notes, forecasts, and follow up actions
- Develop strong relationships with senior stakeholders across market research, consumer insights, brand strategy, media strategy, innovation, analytics, marketing effectiveness, and agency research teams
- Understand how these teams use research for brand tracking, consumer segmentation, creative testing, campaign planning, product innovation, audience intelligence, competitive analysis, and strategic decision making
- Position consumr.ai as a platform that helps research and marketing teams move faster, reduce dependency on slow traditional research cycles, and generate more actionable consumer intelligence
- Bring credibility in conversations where buyers evaluate methodology, data quality, research reliability, speed, cost efficiency, and business impact
- Develop a practical go to market approach for enterprise brands, agencies, research firms, consulting firms, media companies, and marketing organizations across North America
- Work closely with Marketing and SDR teams to improve lead quality, campaign messaging, account targeting, and conversion rates
- Represent consumr.ai in client meetings, industry events, webinars, conferences, and executive discussions
- Identify partnership opportunities with agencies, research companies, consulting firms, media networks, and marketing technology platforms
- Share market feedback with Product, Customer Success, Marketing, and Leadership teams to improve positioning, packaging, roadmap priorities, and sales effectiveness
- Use knowledge of brand marketing, media, consumer insights, audience strategy, brand strategy, and marketing analytics to build credibility with senior buyers
- Help prospects understand where consumr.ai fits within their existing research, marketing, media, and strategy workflows
- Share market feedback with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Leadership teams to improve positioning, packaging, product roadmap, and sales effectiveness
