You'll work with clients who have already requested information, guide them through a consultative conversation, and help them find the right solution for their family.
Responsibilities:
- Client-facing consultative sales — phone and video
- Warm leads provided — no cold calling
- No inventory, no territory restrictions, no fulfillment
- 100% remote — work from home, full time or part time
- Structured onboarding and ongoing training
- Performance-based compensation (1099)
Requirements:
- Sales or customer-facing experience
- Strong communicator who builds trust quickly
- Self-motivated and reliable
- Comfortable in a commission-based environment
- Ability to obtain a state insurance license (we guide you through it)
