Cloud Engineer

The role involves supporting cloud security solutions, troubleshooting various issues, and collaborating with teams to ensure secure and reliable cloud environments.

Responsibilities:

• Support client cloud security solutions
• Troubleshoot cloud, endpoint, network, and integration issues
• Assist with deployment, configuration, upgrades, and maintenance
• Collaborate with engineering and security teams to resolve incidents
• Monitor and maintain secure, reliable, and high-performing cloud environments

Requirements:

• 6-10 years experience in cloud security solutions
• Experience troubleshooting cloud, endpoint, network, and integration issues
• Experience with deployment, configuration, upgrades, and maintenance
• Ability to collaborate with engineering and security teams to resolve incidents
• Experience monitoring and maintaining secure, reliable, and high-performing cloud environments
• Familiarity with Tech Stack: CrowdStrike Falcon, AWS, Azure, GCP, Windows, Linux, REST APIs, PowerShell, Bash, Python, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Splunk, SIEM, Git, Jira
