Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver executive-grade Tableau dashboards, KPI frameworks, and analytics products that drive business performance
- Build scalable self-service analytics capabilities that empower teams with trusted, actionable insights
- Develop and optimize analytics-ready data models within Snowflake to support a wide range of GTM use cases
- Partner directly with Sales, Renewals, Customer Success, and Services leaders to translate business needs into impactful data solutions
- Establish and promote data governance, data quality, security, and row-level access controls across reporting assets
- Help shape BMC's AI-enabled analytics vision by creating AI-ready semantic layers and governed datasets that support natural language querying and automated insights
- Drive adoption of modern analytics capabilities by combining dashboards, governed data products, and AI-assisted exploration
- Mentor analysts and champion best practices in data modeling, visualization, performance optimization, and storytelling
- Influence strategic decision-making by delivering insights that improve forecasting accuracy, pipeline visibility, and revenue performance
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Sales Operations, Analytics, or related data-focused roles
- Advanced expertise in Tableau, including dashboard development, visualization best practices, performance tuning, and executive reporting
- Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake or comparable cloud data platforms
- Advanced SQL skills with proven experience in data modeling, query optimization, and scalable dataset design
- Experience developing self-service analytics solutions and governed reporting environments
- Strong proficiency in Excel for analysis, modeling, validation, and business insights
- Knowledge of data governance, access controls, security frameworks, and Row-Level Security (RLS)
- Demonstrated ability to influence business stakeholders and translate strategic requirements into technical solutions
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working cross-functionally with technical and business teams to deliver measurable outcomes
