Lipman Family Farms is one of North America’s largest growers, packers, shippers, and processors of fresh produce. The Marketing Manager serves as a critical connector between Sales, Operations, Sourcing, and Executive Leadership, translating customer insights and market trends into marketing strategies that support sales growth and strengthen the Lipman brand.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, customer programs, events, and strategic initiatives
- Develop and implement external communication strategies that promote consistent messaging and strengthen cross-functional collaboration
- Translate customer insights, market trends, and business data into actionable marketing strategies, innovations, and tactical improvements
- Manage agency partners in developing brand campaigns, segment-specific marketing initiatives, public relations, media inquiries, social media, and thought leadership
- Oversee marketing budgets, agency scopes of work, and resource allocation to ensure alignment with business priorities and return on investment
- Lead development of customer presentations, sales collateral, product information, and other customer-facing marketing tools
- Serve as the central point of coordination for marketing initiatives across Lipman's operating companies
- Partner closely with Sales, Business Development, Operations, and Executive Leadership to support commercial priorities and revenue growth
- Support product development, packaging innovation, and go-to-market initiatives through cross-functional collaboration
- Partner with internal data analysts and external partners to transform market and business data into meaningful recommendations that influence product development, packaging innovation, and commercial decision-making
- Track KPIs and marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
- Ensure the Lipman brand is represented consistently across all communications, marketing materials, events, and digital channels
- Help tell the Lipman story in ways that strengthen market position, customer engagement, and employer brand awareness
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of progressive marketing management experience
- Previous experience leading or managing a marketing team
- Demonstrated success managing agency relationships, marketing budgets, and integrated campaigns
- Ability to travel approximately 20% as business needs require
- Strategic thinker with strong business and commercial acumen
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence across departments and leadership levels
