About this role
Aconomy is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Product Designer to join their dynamic team. The role involves leading the design process for Aconomy's products, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring a high-quality user experience.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end design process for Aconomy's products, from concept to final implementation, ensuring a cohesive and high-quality user experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and peers, to define and execute the product roadmap
- Design intuitive web and mobile experiences for clients, ensuring seamless user journeys
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions, iterating based on feedback
- Develop and maintain a design system and component library to ensure consistency and scalability across all products
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, applying them to enhance the platform's visual and functional design
- Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team
Requirements:
- 5+ years of Product Design experience with a strong portfolio of web and mobile applications
- Proven experience with design tools (Sketch, Figma) and prototyping tools (Invision, Sketch, Figma) and analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics)
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and visual design
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing, including user interviews
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Experience creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and final designs for mobile and web applications
- Ability to document design decisions for future reference and create and maintain design guidelines for internal and external use
- Experience working in the Blockchain/Web 3.0 space or a strong interest in emerging technologies
- A track record of delivering successful projects in a fast-paced, agile development environment
