Carrum Health is a health tech company focused on transforming the healthcare system to improve patient experiences. They are seeking a Web Growth Engineer to manage and optimize their digital presence, enhancing conversion rates and user experience.
Responsibilities:
- Own the entire public-facing web architecture, including code base stability, technical performance optimization, responsive layouts, and data tracking layers
- Help build and scale modern, conversion-focused page structures that operationalize our Corporate Messaging Framework across 100% of our public assets
- Regularly collaborate with Product Marketing, Content, B2C, and Marketing Operations to rapidly publish mid-funnel validation assets (webinars, case studies, proof campaigns) that break buyer indecision
- Directly optimize website conversion paths to capture an absolute baseline conversion lift
Requirements:
- Strong skills working with the WordPress core platform
- front-end HTML/CSS/JavaScript layout engineering
- front-end A/B testing frameworks
- web analytics toolsets
- 4+ years of technical web development and digital optimization experience
- Experience in user-experience (UX) engineering
