JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: *1. Perform all duties of Collector role. *2. Reconcile complicated account issues which may require scheduled calls with the customer, sales, and CEC *3. Positively interact with upset and challenging customers, including Global customers *4. Build strong relationships with various departments within UL *5. Manage and collect requested report detail for supervisor/manager *6. Review Work Requests for completion *7. Providing training and coaching to team members *8. Continually review department procedures for process improvements *9. Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct, and follow all physical and digital security practices 10. Performs other duties as directed.
