About this role
The Job
Perform defects checking for flat takeover and handover work of all newly built units;
Monitor all defect rectification works are conducted on time, and ensure the company’s interest is protected at all times;
Handle and follow up on customer enquiries and complaints, to ensure that all customers are well served promptly, courteously and professionally;
Work with the various team in planning and implementing the handover of the new developments;
Perform logistics, administrative and clerical support duties;
Assist in managing sales arrangement and operation;
Undertake any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
The Person
Diploma holder or above with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in property takeover, handover and customer service.
Experience in the handover of large-scale residential properties is a definite advantage.
Dedicated to work, good communication and interpersonal skills;
Good spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin);
Proficient PC skills in MS Office(Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing;
5.5 days work per week and shift duty required;
Willing to work on irregular hours and weekends or public holidays as necessary.
