Temp Senior Officer (Social & Elderly Wellness) - Community Program Focus

The Job

• Support planning and delivery of Intergenerational Living (IG) & Ageing In Place (AIP) and Healthy Ageing Hub programmes
• Coordinate logistics, registration and on-site operations
• Monitor participation, collect feedback and maintain records
• Promote APP usage and support member onboarding
• Assist in CRM operations, data maintenance and customer communications
• Support digital promotion and engagement activities
• Liaise with NGOs, partners, service providers and vendors
• Support scheduling and coordination of IG and AIP services
• Handle enquiries and maintain stakeholder relationships
• Prepare reports, statistics and presentation materials
• Support procurement and maintain proper documentation
• Assist in general administration and ad hoc assignments

The Person

• Diploma or Degree holder in Marketing, Event & Recreation Management, Social Science, Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in event coordination, customer service, CRM, digital engagement, APP promotion or community programmes
• Experience in customer engagement, programme coordination, or digital platform operation is preferred
• Basic knowledge of APP operations, CRM systems and digital marketing is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with customer-oriented mindset
• Ability to multitask and work under tight timelines
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua preferred)
• Proficient in MS Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
